Rio Support, 
I recently bought your Rio 600 based on its memory expandability.   Unfortunately it appears 
I can only purchase 128MB of additional space,  however, your packaging indicates that I can
expand it up to 340 MB.  Has  this option been removed, or is there additional ways to 
get this space?
